Miravet Finca is ideal as a low upkeep bolthole or as a family home with opportunity for everyone to find space for themselves.

A spacious dining room and kitchen is the focus with stone walls and a farmhouse sitting room forming ideal living and entertaining spaces. A beamed master bedroom suite affords stunning views.

A private driveway from a short track and flat road direct into Miravet leads to the elevated house. Set with views across fields and trees with endless blue skies.

A large, high ceilinged bright studio has its own entrance and W.C / shower facilities. Plans for a 2 bedroom conversion are included. Also a separate cabin for workshop or office use.

So close to Miravet, the famous Knights Templar village with its mighty castle overlooking the gentle Ebre, 'barca' river crossing and historic old town
Miravet Finca is a traditional stone farmhouse set just above the surrounding fields and forest. It sits in rolling countryside near the historic village of Miravet, known for its Templar castle, riverside walks, pottery workshops and cobbled lanes. The finca is five minutes by car through fields of olive and palm trees.
A quiet track leads from a small country road into the village. The finca has generous parking and sits in a natural clearing surrounded by lightly wooded land. With five hectares of private space, it offers a slower pace of life—perfect for walking, cycling, growing food or simply switching off.
The land has been cleared in line with forestry guidelines. Light filters through the pine and olive trees, creating a clean, open setting that’s easy to care for and inviting all year round.
At the heart of the finca is a well-kept stone farmhouse. A large kitchen and dining room forms the central space for family and guests. The adjoining sitting room has exposed beams, a log fire, and views east and west—sunrise through one window, sunset through another.
The main bedroom keeps its original character with thick stone walls, timber beams and windows facing all four directions. A balcony on the south side looks out across open valleys and sky. An ensuite shower room completes the space.
A seperate studio sits at the far end of the house. It has been used for painting and yoga, with its own entrance, WC and shower room. It could easily be converted into a two-bedroom unit with kitchen and living space. This work is included in the sale price and can be carried out on request, or the space can remain as is with a price reduction.
Between the house and studio is a separate room with the solar system’s lithium battery storage and a third WC. The two buildings can be connected, creating a three-bedroom home with flexible living areas.
A short walk from the main house is a brick-built cabin with power and internet. It works well as a studio, office or guest space, and can be upgraded with minimal work.
The finca is completely off-grid. Power comes from a modern solar array, stored in lithium batteries. Rainwater is collected from the roof and stored in a large underground cistern. It feeds the kitchen and bathrooms, with extra water delivered from the village when needed—simple, low-cost, and efficient.
The finca features established olive trees and is designed around quiet, space, and connection to nature. A small garden can supply herbs and vegetables for everyday use.
Miravet Finca has a large studio with separate access, its own power, water and a WC/shower room. It can be used for a business, hobby, yoga, gym or chill out space. It can be converted to 2 double bedrooms with sitting area or kitchen/dining. Fully costed plans are available. Additionally, the studio or bedroom suites can be connected by an internal corridor to the main farmhouse.
